Job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

1. Purchase Order Processing:
Order Creation and Tracking: Create purchase orders based on procurement needs, track the progress of orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Procurement Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing procurement contracts to ensure that contract terms comply with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Supplier Management:
Supplier Liaison: Maintain good communication with suppliers and handle daily affairs such as inquiries, bargaining, delivery arrangements, etc.
Supplier Evaluation: Assist in the screening and evaluation of suppliers, and participate in regular reviews of supplier performance.
3. Data and Document Management:

5. Assist superiors:

6. Problem solving:
